Accommodation and Meals

The Institute has a hostel with a total of 148 beds. These are single rooms designed to suit the basic requirement of participants. There is a canteen in which items of necessity like soap, toothpaste, slippers, vaseline are available for sale. The Canteen also sells a variety of drinks.

Counseling and Guidance

The Counseling and Guidance Centre helps students who need assistance on guidance about their daily life problems which might hamper their steady progress in the academic field or prevent them from enjoying their life in general.

Medical Access

The Institute clinic comprises various units which render different services to the Community. It offers both curative and preventive services. Currently, we are having free Hepatitis B immunization for all students.

Recreation

There are a number of recreation and sports activities at the Institute. The Department of Sports and Recreation offers welfare and sports skills services to the students through various games that include: Games: Netball, Volleyball, Basketball, Football and Lawn Tennis, Athletics etc.

Spiritual

There are various places of worship at the University for the Different Religious Sects.

Nile Vocation Institute

Nile Vocational Institute (NVI) is a private Christian Inter-dominational Vocational Institute established by the African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE), a Ugandan NGO; in partnership with a Germany Child Care Organisation – Kindernothilfe (KNH) -Helping a child in need.
